♦ EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene) Rubber, excellent ozone, perfect weather and heat aging resistance. Low cost, suitable to used at outside, but poor resist oil, solvents, and not resist gasoline. High tensile strength, but low compression set.
♦ VMQ (Silicone), outstanding resistance to extremes temperature with corresponding resistance to compression set and retention of flexibility, superior resistance to ozone, oxygen, and moisture. Poor fuel, oil resistance.
♦ NBR (Nitrile), a superior level of resistance against synthetic. Good resist to fuel, oil and many acids, but poor ozone resistance, so not recommend to exposure to air. A good compression set.
♦ FKM (Fluorocarbon), an expensive rubber material, but excellent in fuel, oil resistance and low permeation, high chemical stability. Withstands high temperature and heat-aging.
